Group Reformer classes are mainly done on the Reformer apparatus.  There are exercise modifications that use the hoop, the ball, and the weighted balls.  And, as your level advances, these classes expand to include work on the Chair and Cadillac.

REFORMER LEVEL I:

The place to start for new students, or students who have been away for a while.  Students become accustomed to the movement and manipulation of the Reformer, and are introduced to fundamental exercises and isolation exercises to strengthen the abdominals, obliques, and lower back.

REFORMER LEVEL II:

This class builds on the fundamentals taught in LEVEL I, increasing the difficulty level through added resistance, increased repetitions, pulsing, use of props, and performing exercises from a kneeling rather than seated or supine position.

REFORMER LEVEL III:

Be prepared for a strenuous workout!  This is a rapidly paced class, packed with exercises that simultaneously build strength, challenge balance, and stretch the muscles.

REFORMER MIXED LEVEL:

A class for everyone.  Designed to give a workout to all levels, the\is class is designed to use exercises that can be adapted to the level of each student.

 Orbit & Jumpboard

Orbit classes:

As a fun but challenging addition to class, the Orbit is a cushioned platform on casters designed by Balanced Body.  It adds balance, coordination and control challenges.  Orbit classes are not Level I!

Jumpboard classes:

A springboard takes the place of the footboard in these classes, adding cardio to the workout.
